The quote has definitely had a lasting impact on my mind and we based our business outlook, motto and policies on taking small and steady steps in the right direction. The year I entered the arena of education services was the time when I was able to put my life in perspective; it was the time when the idea of serving humanity through counselling the younger generation and pointing them in the right direction had already planted its seed in my mind and I plunged into the exciting field with the intention of helping students with their career choices. Those ideas and experience over the years led me towards working as an Honorary Consultant at AO Connect which is the offshoot of hard work, perseverance and dedicated efforts of an entire team that makes it their responsibility to realise a common dream of making lasting changes.
AO Connect is different from other organisations in a similar area of work because the involvement of our entire team is evident in almost every aspect of the processes involved. We are a one stop shop for anyone who is looking at detailed and authentic counselling and a customised approach to every customer’s needs. We study the background of every student in detail and give them choices that are best suited to their interests. OUR MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS OVER THE YEARS
1. In the year 2002 when we were working as a franchise partner with an organisation called IPC our biggest accomplishment was increasing the student numbers and taking them to three times more in the South of India. We customised options for all our customers and did not push or impose our ideas on them. Our Counselling skills were the talk of the industry because they were based on bespoke requirements.
2. One of our biggest achievements at that period of time was to establish ourselves as the largest and most effective partner for University of Greenwich in India and that of sustaining that enviable position for several years.
3. During my role as Honorary Consultant at AO Connect my efforts along with that of the team led to our being currently the largest recruiters in India for Conestoga College and Lambton College in Canada
4. Apart from our success with colleges we are the largest recruiters in India for University Canada West.
5. AO Connect have been awarded the ‘Best Student Recruiter‘ in quality student recruitment by Loyalist College, Toronto.
